On the authority of Anas bin Malik radiyallahu anhu, he said, I heard The Messenger of Allah sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said, Allah Taala said, ‘O the son of Adam, while you ask and hope to Me, I will forgive you and I will not care about it anymore. O the son of Adam, although your sin reaches the highest sky, if you seek forgiveness to me, I will then forgive you. O the son of Adam, if you meet me while carrying the sin as heavy as the earth, then you will meet Me (if you die) and you do not worship others but Me, I will then come to you by forgiving you the sin -as heavy as the earth-.’
(At-Turmudzi, he said, This hadith is hasan sahih.)[Recorded by Al-Tirmidhi, who said that it is a good and sound hadith]

I really do want to post this GIF after my defense, and feel exactly the same way. But, Instead of “It’s gone, It’s done…” feeling, I realize that there are many things left to do. But at least, now, I got some more optimism, InshaAllah.
